B6, located at 1090 West Pender, is a 32-storey commercial office tower in the heart of Vancouver’s business district and features ground level retail, open-concept floors, stellar views, activated spaces and mindful amenity options.
Husk Interior Design has been the WELL administrator for the tower's WELL Core certification since October 2017, applying both green building & healthcare experience to the WELL certification process.
In January 2026, B6 achieved WELL Core Certification at the Platinum level under WELL v2. This is the highest level of certification attainable by the International WELL Building Institute.
